Here is today’s newly completed painting:

 Tuscany painting of sunflowers

Southern Tuscany has the most beautiful sloping and undulating hills. They are made even more striking, I think, by the winding roads (referred to as the “white roads”) and cypresses that punctuate the landscape. As you can see by the field of sunflowers, this is a scene at the height of summer.
