Follow
these tips to purchase online safely and easily: |

To make a purchase, you may contact us directly by email, or call us toll free at the studio at
1-877-DIAL-ART (804-254-1008 in Virginia). If we are not immediately
available by phone, please feel free to leave a voicemail
message, as in most cases we return calls the same day.
There
are many items on the website that may be purchased directly online. Notecards,
calendars and other fun stuff can be purchased by
following the link to Jennifer's Cafe Press store. To purchase
paintings
or prints online, simply
click one of the "Buy" or "Add to Cart" buttons on the product page,
and your selection is added to Paypal shopping cart system. |

An order page opens in a separate window displaying your item,
cost and shipping charges. You may click "Checkout"
to complete your order or "Continue Shopping" to
add another item.
*International
customers and those outside of the continental U.S., please
do not use the shopping cart. Contact
us for a custom shipping quote. Standard shipping
method is by either USPS Priority Mail (3 or 4 days) or by
UPS or Fed Ex Ground (approx. 7 - 10 days delivery to most
places). Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional
cost. Please contact us for

Your transaction is processed through a secure server**, and
once confirmed your order is carefully packed and shipped directly
to you from the artist's studio. You will receive an email confirmation
of your order as well as a tracking number (if available) for
your shipment. |

Forms
of Payment:
In the U.S.A., we accept US drawn checks and money orders, as
well as credit card payments using our secure money transfer
agent, Paypal. For
